Six Sigma  Is " Methodology for Process Improvement ( Reduce Variation & Eliminate Defect )"

Six Sigma methodology using 5 step :

3. Analyze

4. Improve

5. Control


Common Called is DMAIC.

Usually for " Improving Product that already Exist "

1 more we can use the Tools is DMADV

1. Define

2. Measure

3. Analyze

4. Design

5. Verify

Usually for " Developing new product or process "

Similiarity between Lean & Six Sigma Concept

1. They are both concerned with continuous improvement
2. They both seek to increase instances of waste within an organization

Apart from six sigma, we can use other methodology such as :
1. Scrum
2. CEM ( Customer Experience Management Method )
3. Jumpstart

When you will Six Sigma Implementation?

1. When Facing the unknown
2. When problem are widespread no defined
3. When solving complex problem
4. When costs are closely tied to process
