In this time, we would like to Share my knowledge about HIRADC.

Do you know HIRADC?

Are you ever heard the HIRADC?


HIRADC is Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment and Determined Control.

Function of this document for Identification of Hazard in the your workplace,then assesment of the Risk with Value ( Low Risk, Medium Risk or High Risk ) Thus make a control each Hazard identified.

Hazard in your Workplace :

1. Work at Height

2. High Sound Level

3. High Vibration

4. Hot Work

6. Slip and Trip

7. Electricity

8. Chemical

9. Computer Radiation

10. High Temperature

There are many more Hazard that in your workplace exist.

How about the Risk form the Hazard :

1. Fall so that Major Injury and Death

2. Hearing Disorders

3. Exposed Toxic Chemical

4. Red Eye from Computer Radiation

How to Control the Hazard ?

Hazard will be controlled with Hierachy of Control, This following :


1. Elimination

2. Substitution

3. Engineering Control

4. Adminitration Control

5. Personal Protective Equipment

For the Weakness control is PPE. We must be start from elimination until PPE for the last control.
