 Heloo Sobat Engineering, Sekarang saya mau berbagi terkait Programmable Logic Control atau yang biasa dikenal PLC. Dalam Industry Automation/ di manufacture sudah tidak asing lagi dengan yang namanya PLC, baik dari Brand Jepang, Amerika maupun negara lainnya seperti : 1. Omron 2. Mitsubishi 3. Allen Bradley 4. Siemens 5. Schneider 6. Honeywell 7. LS ( From Korea ) Dari semua Brand PLC, mereka menggunakan standar yang sama, agar memudahkan pengguna melakukan pembuatan Program. Bahasa yang digunakan untuk membuat program PLC seperti : 1. Ladder Diagram 2. Function Block 3. Stucture Test 4. Sequencial Function Chart (SFC) Umumnya para Engineer menggunakan Ladder Diagram, ada juga yang menggunakan Function Block atau biasa disebut FBD ( Function Block Diagram). Bagi para engineer utility di industry manufactur atau pabrik maupun facility di Highrise building mungkin sering mendengar ataupun bahkan sering mendapatkan komplain berkaitan dengan Air Handling Unit atau sering disebut dengan AHU.  Sekarang saya akan akan berbagi sedikit tentang Dasar Dasar penggunaan alat listrik seperti : 1. Tang Ampere / Ampere Clamp 2. Multitester / Digital Multitester / Avometer 3. Digital Earth Tester / Grounding Tester 4. Insulation Tester / Test Megger Dalam Alat ukur tersebut kita bisa melakukan beberapa pengukuran seperti : 1. Pengukuran tegangan 2. Pengukuran Kuat Arus/Ampere 3. Pengukuran Resistan/Tahanan 4.  Now i would like to share about Oxygen generator basic system using PSA Method. Do you ever heard about Oxygen Generator or Oxygen Concentrator? Which this machine we can use for produce oxygen in order medical treatment or for other matter in industrial process. Now, i would like to share the Oxygen Generator at industrial process. Picture at above only for installation sample, the user can impelement the installation depend of their budget or other consideration. If we have plan to install oxygen generator at our company, we have to consider : 1. Budget/Cost 2. Gas Purity 3. Machine Placement 4. Maintenance  5. Long term plan after we consider the things at above, we have to prepare for design of Oxygen generator will use : 1. Destilation Method, Or 2. PSA method If we consider about Purity and that things is very essential. We have to choose Destilation method. If we choose PSA method, the purity will be lower than destilation method.  Now, i would like to share about Boiler or Steam Devices. Did you ever heard about it? or Did you curious with Boiler? Based on our experience with Boiler, Currently the Boiler Package was High technology Used especially related with Safety Device. So, the Boiler Operator can operate the machines without worries or affraid. Picture at above is Boiler Package which is common use on Manufacturing process.
